Returns are not accepted but if you have ANY problems with your order please reach out and we will make sure it is made right.

Reach out to support@erthaware.com with any claims. Provide as much information as possible, and pictures if necessary. We will be in contact within 1-2 days.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
