Erthaware is a platform where people can clean out their closets, easily sending their clothing in and give back to their community. Erthaware then takes the clothing and finds a
way to re-closet, re-create or re-cycle that clothing. Extending the life cycle of textile materials. We make it fashionable to do good.

Once your clothes are recieved our staff sorts them into one of three categories; re-closet, re-create, or re-cylce.

Re-closet: Taking clothes that are still in wearable condition and letting them live out their purpose as long as possible.

Re-create: Taking clothes that maybe have a hole or stain but are still in good condition and turning them into something new! Maybe you’d see your old sweater as house decor or a dog bed. Maybe that jacket with a hole is now covered in embroidery and all fixed up.

Re-cycle: Taking clothes that are past saving and working with partners to take that and create things like pillow fluff or plant ties.

We do our best to ensure 100% of the clothes donated don't end up in the landfill.

An Erthabag is how we make it easy for you to recycle your textile materials. When you order, a giant bag is sent to you. You can fill that bag with any clean textile materials. Have a blanket that has some holes? Send it in. Have a shirt that doesn't fit anymore? Send it in. Have a sweater that shrunk in the dryer? Send it in.

Your Erthabag will be sent with a prepaid shipping label. All you have to do is fill it up and then take it to your local post office. If your mail carrier offers pick up that is an option as well.
